The 1457 Club is a small collective of storytellers who specialise in creating content predominantly for the golf industry. You’ll ideally be a strong storyteller yourself, who excels and enjoys creating stylish, engaging, social media posts to create a cohesive overall story. This will include, stills, hero content, pre rendered graphics, cutdowns from documentaries, YouTube videos and commercial advertisements.

We are looking for a talented social media manager who can join our rapidly expanding business to assist with our growing workload. This would be a great opportunity for someone to join our small, driven team at its conception and would pose a great opportunity for the right candidate to become part of the core team. 

What you’ll do.

• Compile and plan posts from an array of completed edits and assets: event coverage, stills, promo and campaign videos, YouTube videos, short social media videos, documentaries, interviews and short films, to post across our client’s social media accounts. Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

• Be comfortable conceptualising posts and captions using trending techniques and music.

• Work with the Content Director to ensure clients requirements are met and constantly adhered to.

• Display a creative flare and a passion for small details, but also be capable of adhering to brand guidelines. 

• Maintain close dialogue with the team from pre production through production and post to ensure success. 

• Efficiently work from home and occasionally from varying shoot locations (occasionally abroad) to turn around posts in time sensitive scenarios as action develops. 

The ideal candidate should have / be. 

• Proven experience as a social media manager or have their own successful social account which can act as a portfolio. 

• Proficient with Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

• Be energetic, adaptable and creative, have an optimistic outlook, work well with a small team and thrive under pressure with deadlines. You’ll be consistent and maintain strong integrity and reliability with high organisational skills and timekeeping. 

• Interest in sport, particularly golf is desirable but not essential. 

• Arabic speaking is desirable but not essential.
